Okamoto was formed when Nippon Gum Industries and Riken Rubber merged with the core company of Okamoto Rubber Co., Ltd., and assumed its current form when Okamoto absorbed Zebra-Kenko Bicycles. Okamoto has grown since then by incorporating various companies and businesses into its group.
We intend to continue to grow constantly by combining the philosophies, culture, and manufacturing technologies of each company in the group.
